I'm sick and tired of the Prince fans being sick and tired of the Prince fans that are sick and tired!

I don't watch a lot of TV and paying HBO every month 2 watch old movies just seemed silly 2 me. They are still showing nonsense like "Jaws".

Why would I want 2 pay 2 see a movie that came out in the 1970's?

lol You're funny. You do know that HBO is now known for its original programming not for reshowing old movies. Some of THE best tv shows and made for TV movies (especially those featuring black characters) of the last 15 years were on HBO not to mention the documentaries. comfort

I can sort of agree and understand where you are coming from. The only reason why I have my subscription to HBO right now was to see True Blood this summer and to see Boardwalk Empire which just started its new season. Soon as the season is over in December, I'm cancelling my subscription. Besides watching the shows and their great documentaries, HBO isn't necessary.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

confuse But how would you even know about these shows if you didn't have HBO??? My TV is on at least 18 hours a day and HBO is part of a package so for me it's not that big an expense. I'd rather pay for HBO where I'm guaranteed to see stuff I like (even the old movies) vs. spend $10 or more going to a theatre to see a crappy movie from a seat that's held a 1000 asses. Now THAT is irritating. pissed

oh girl I don't even go to a movie theater very often and if I do, it's for a movie of quality. But to answer your question about knowing about the shows if I didn't have HBO, well most magazines have HBO ads, as well as when you go on the internet to certain sites, there are ads there too. Or I can go straight to the HBO site and check out what's new that's coming up. Then I would propably think subscribing to it again.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

This is old but I heard there's been another addition making 6.

According to Dan Mangan (writer for the ny post) Mos Def is having problems paying his child support. HIs ex-wife says he has been 2,000 dollars short ever since the judge sentenced his 10,000 a month fee on Jan. 1st. Here is the article:

February 15, 2006 – Mos Def is most definitely coming up short on his child support. The actor and rapper yesterday said he is doing his best to make the $10,000 monthly payment to his estranged wife, but business problems and obligations to his other children have left him in a bind.
After Mos Def, whose real name is Dante Smith, filed for divorce from his wife Maria Yepes-Smith, a judge ordered him to pay $10,000 monthly to support their 7- and 8-year-old daughters.
Since the order went into effect Jan. 1., Mos Def has come up short both times, by about $2,000.

“It’s the best he can do under the circumstances,” said Steven Goldfeder, Mos Def’s attorney, during a hearing in Brooklyn Supreme Court. “He has several children. He’s always provided for them.”
Mos Def, a Brooklyn native, has three other children, the lawyer said.
Though Mos Def declined to comment after the hearing, the rapper had a hard time staying quiet in front of the judge.
“I’m the only person who’s providing for my children,” Mos Def said after Judge Sarah Krauss asked his lawyer why the performer wasn’t complying with the order.

The “Def Poetry Jam” host later interjected with several comments on the issue of home schooling. Goldfeder said his client’s payment should be reduced because Yepes-Smith reneged on a promise to home school the girls.

“Please tell your client not to talk anymore,” said Krauss, who also told the lawyer to file an amended claim that specifies grounds for divorce.

Krauss also chided Mos Def and his lawyer for not filing papers sooner.
Yepes-Smith declined to comment on the divorce proceedings, but her lawyer, Karen Blaustein, expressed doubts about Mos Def’s alleged business problems.
“I’ve been seeing him in these commercials with Bruce Willis for his new movie,” Blaustein said. “I’m sure he made enough money to pay his child support for his 7- and 8-year-old daughters.

Um, I should have mentioned this before, since I uploaded the first link, but the Youtube upload above is an edited hot mess. There's no rhyme or reason to the editing. You're better off getting this at Netflix. So apologies.

Oh. lol I guess I didn't check it that closely. The music replacement is usually something YouTube does on illegally posted videos.
