Are you ever afraid in your own home ? Yes

Is it a fear of something outside trying to get in ? Yes, bats

Is it a fear of something inside ? On occasion, bats

Is it a certian area or room ? My bedroom

What brings up thoughts / feelings that in turn brings you to notice and step into your fear ? When it gets cold outside, when the wind blows up against the house, every time I walk into my bedroom. I'm completely consumed with this fear of bats.

What do you do to sooth yourself and let the fear subside ? Look at the walls and ceiling before I walk into my bedroom. If I'm in my bed in the dark and I think I hear a noise, I tell myself to breathe. I pull the covers over my head.

Are you afraid of any other homes ~ like friends or family ? My friend had the same bat problem right around the same time I was having mine so sometimes I'm afraid of her house. Not as much as mine.

Does it make you not visit them as often ? No.

Have you told them your feelings ? She has the same feelings.

Do they too have fears within their homes ? yep

In short, I long for a day that I can walk into my bedroom without fear there is a little brown bat hanging on the wall. It's been almost 2 years since I've experienced one in my home (I paid to have my attic de-batted) but there's no guarantee that they won't find another way in.

I felt the presence of ghosts in my home when I first moved in but I was never scared of them and I no longer feel them.

Shake it til ya make it dancing jig

Are you ever afraid in your own home ? Only when I watch a lot of crime shows (the real ones, like "The First 48", "Disappeared", "Dateline ID", "Forensic Files" or "The Most Evil".

Is it a fear of something outside trying to get in ? Sometimes

Is it a fear of something inside ? Sometimes

Is it a certian area or room ? Anywhere outside my bedroom.

What brings up thoughts / feelings that in turn brings you to notice and step into your fear ? Weird house noises.

What do you do to sooth yourself and let the fear subside ? Force myself to sleep.

Are you afraid of any other homes ~ like friends or family ? No

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.
