Why is smoking even legal?

My hair STINKS from my night out at Bunkers...

I can't even go to a bar/nightclub without my hair, body, and clothing coming out smelling like an ashtray, and I don't even smoke!!!

I HATE that... :X

I forget how different things are around the world - went to France last summer & almost died while having a meal. Tiny little creperie (sp?) & EVERYONE was smoking I could barely eat. I'm so used to smokers being shunned & relegated to sidewalks & alleys in California

reminds me of the first time i went 2 first avenue--i just reeked of cigarette smoke when i got outta there...

Hell, i hate that and i smoke.I never smell like that when i'm in my own house smoking, but if i go on a night out to a pub or club, i stink.Must be a cumulative effect of lots of dirty bastards.

Seriosly though I know exactly what you mean. I can't stand going to bars for that exact reason and I smoke here and there.

One of the good things about California is in the no smoking rules. I liked that.

It's funny - they don't smell it b/c they're IN it all the time. But anyone (who doesn't smoke) that enters your house smells it. Anyone around you smells it. It's not necessarily loud & overwhelming, but it IS there. People think the same thing about weed after they smoke it for a while - nonsmokers can smell all that shit...

I have to agree with you. When I worked in the mall a long time ago we had a vote to make it non smoking and thats what I voted for.

If for some reason they have a smoking area all non smokers need to STAY OUT!!! Nothing worst than a non smoker coming in and coughing because it bothered them. Or when your in line and the person behind you makes a commet because your buying cigarettes... Mind your Own DANG business!!!
