Did I Miss The Much Over-Hyped X Factor Thread

Being that it premiered last night, I thought it would be a popular topic of discussion around here today. Any thoughts? I thought it was boring. Nothing that I haven't seen before. Reminded me a lot of America's Got Talent, a show that I find really annoying. I'm not watching it tonight. Just isn't living up to the hype for me.
