Hiya.
First you will need to upload a Photo to a website such as Photobucket then once done, there will be a URL Link below it. Click on the link to copy it.
Then here on the Org, go to "My Org" on the left side is a list of links, click on "Public Profile" and it brings a page up wiht lots of Boxes etc. One of the boxes has this text:
Within that Box you must paste the link to your picture from Photobucket. Life is short, don't be a dick.
