and proceeds to take a crap right there in the middle of the floor...I kid you not!

She was escorted from the building by security and rest of the customers watched the cleaning lady like this while she mopped it up...

I'm pissed off. Tell me not to help and then make me avoid overtime..while she already has extra hours of it? Fuck that...I'm through.

Sorry you had a bad day. Your boss sounds shady though. Are you currently looking for something else? If I were you, I would. Not only is he not utilizing you, but why send you home when clearly you could've helped out? Do you get along with your boss? Does he not like you for any reason? Some of them can act shady like that when they are trying to get rid of you. I'm not saying that this is the case, but it could be. I'm sorry, I don't want to make your day worse, but something about your boss, according to what you have said, just doesn't sound right.

It sounds like he's better off distancing himself from those two because whatever is going on could get them into trouble and ya don't wanna be anwhere near them when the drama starts. I wouldn't even try to get overtime because people might assume he was guilty by association when someone finds out what they are up to.
