They say that their "Shape Up" tea really does help you lose weight. Wonder how true it is?

Yeah green tea does work wonders and actually does aid in weight loss. I'm just baffled at how this so called "Shape Up" tea they have starts at $50 for only 8oz of tea. Really? For tea? I understand that the bigger the size then the higher the price goes, but it starts off at $50.

Loose leaf. I used to make fun of his fancy tea, but the difference really is incredible. Their Irish Breakfast tea is not only delicious the traditional way with milk and sugar, but it's now my favorite for iced tea as well.

It's what you make it.

I checked to the site to see and Teavana charges $18 for 2oz of the Silver Needle tea.

Adagio charges $14 for 1.5 oz of white needle tea and $5 for 1oz of white peony or $15 for 6oz. But what's good about Adagio is that you can order samples of the tea which are usually between $2-$5.

I assure you, from experience, the quality of their teas (Silver Needle in particular, as it's one of my faves) is better than teavana.

My absolute favorite tea (not really a tea - it's a rooibos tisane) is:

Hmmm. Now I need to try this.

I like Teavana's Samurai Chai Mate. Although I usually buy my tea from Hooker Tea in St Pete.

I also like growing my own.
