Bridesmaids 3/5
Rita had great lines, even better in the gag reel. Megan reminded me so much of Ricky Gervais! They never wore the hot pink dresses they have on the DVD cover mad

That's the problem when you don't watch it before you hear all the hype. It was very different to what I was led to believe it was like.

Tangled.

Quite possibly the happiest Disney ending ever! I was crying like Sweep (of Sooty and Sweep fame) at the end.

L'Illusionniste / The Illusionist (2010) - French magician struggles finding work while caring for a young fan who believes his tricks to be real. Amazing animation, but the story is a little thin. starstarstar 1/2

I liked the storyline for it though.....But I really really loved the animation even more.... cool

I want to see that. I love comedies. But I missed it while it was in the cinemas, so I'll have to wait until it comes out on DVD or on TV. mad

Total waste of what could have been a great ensemble cast. Couldn't even make it through the first 30 minutes confused Oh, and whoever allowed the once beautiful Jasmine Guy to get on screen looking like a wratchet undercover alcoholic auntie- wearing those ill fitting Clearance rejects from the Marshall's Outlet needs to be skinned alive. They know damned well she needed some Restylane injections and some wardrobe from the Neiman's Outlet instead disbelief

*** 1/2 out of ***** stars.

I enjoyed it. Very nicely directed. You can disagree with the historical details (and I dont know enough about Shakespear or theories about him to say one way or another whether the story is plausible or not) but its very nicely put together and it kind of inspires in you an appreciation of his genius, whether you've read him before or not.

Ken Parks- Zero

Larry Clark is a pervy old man who gets his kicks by directing actors who look like teenage boys with their shirts off. He's now graduated to filming said boys masturbating or f*cking on screen. No simulation. No other purpose for this film but to let pervy old men get off on adults who look like teens being nasty.

3.5/5 - it would have gotten a 4 but i don't like that they speeded up the fight scenes, I like to savour my violence.

3/5 I liked it, it wasn't great or completely CGI awesome, very comic-bookish but it was fun to watch and a decent plausible story. The action was a little fuzzy and hard to see, more violence then I like but it's a movie about war so I'm not mad at it. I'd see it again in 3D and IMAX. Heck the floor vibrated just in a regular ole theatre setting. And the lead is very Superman looking and I didn't even realize who he was and I felt that right off the bat.

3/5 liked it, wasn't terribly funny but completely held my attention thru the end and I laughed a little. I guess I just love a good Robin Hood story, my favorite shows are like that. Isn't Eddie getting a little old playing the 'hood thief? I wish he didn't have to go there. Glad to see Gabby's got another role, maybe she'll prove folks who said she wouldn't work again wrong, that would be nice. TÉA! I like Téa.

I recently watched Can't Stop, the Conan O'Brien documentary. It was much less funny than I thought it would be, and Conan came across as quite pompous and arrogant. I know that a lot of people have always felt that way about him, but for me being a fan of his show and humour it came as a bit of a surprise.

This movie got so intense during the end that I had to pause it. Just, wow!!! Like Red, White & Blue, it starts off as a slow burn and then picks up during the third act and goes full on adrenaline and gore. A very intense journey, not sure i'd watch it again but appreciated and respected the story being told.
