Watched this on Sunday night while cuddling with my Boo. This is an Adam Sandler kinda house

It's a cute family movie and definitely better than "Grown Ups" which I believe came afterwards.

It has just enough action to keep grown-ups interested and I can recommend this to friends who have kids without having to give any parental warnings whew

I watched this recently on TV. It was alright. Not too memorable. smile

I watched THOR last night. It was directed by Kenneth Branagh and starred Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Anthony Hopkins, Stellan SkarsgÄrd and Rene Russo.

I enjoyed it, although the action scenes weren't all that spectacular, but the story was good and the Asgardian visuals were pretty. I'll rate it 3 stars out of 5. smile

Watched Bridesmaids the other night. On a scale of 1-10, I'd give it a 4. It was barely watchable. One or two scenes were funny, the rest of the movie was terrible.

Not memorable at all lol . But I did enjoy it for what it was; a nice, warm & fuzzy movie to watch and cuddle with on Sunday night. I like Adam Sandler, but was almost hesitant to try this one out because of the clunky flop (with a wasted cast) that was "Grown-Ups". But even for a kid's story this was cute.

A bit of a mess with way too many characters, bad dialogue and acting but I found it interesting to see the Montreal I grew up in portrayed in this film...with it's huge party scene, political unrest and eventual economic decline.

2 outta 5

run of the mill torture horror, no real originality or horror, just violence and suffering, looked reasonably good though.

3/5 I would have liked it more had it been less graphically violent. The mood and tone were great and stylistically very appealing. Christinas tits were too covered up. The first half of the film was brilliant, it could have gone any direction - it only hinted at a certain darkness.

this one features excellent camera shots - very creative, and hysterically funny scene set ups and dialogue. sam raimi plays two characters who meet their fate in the form of... well, you'll have to watch to find out. this is an excellent 80s style scary movie.

standout line: "I guess I just got a little carried away"

I watched James Cameron's Piranha Part II: The Spawning last night. Very early eighties movie showing lots of tits and men in tight trunks, plus featuring a young Lance Henriksen. Also featuring a piranha coming out of a stomach as a prelude to the chest burster in Aliens. smile

I enjoyed it despite flying piranha fish being lame. It was fun and sexy. I'll give it a 2 and 1/2 out of 5. smile
