There are very few movies that I and my family both like much less holiday films. Along with Eyes Wide Shut, I like to watch Morvern Callar, In Bruges, Un conte de Noël and Nadja every December--not exactly their taste. They don't mind Batman Returns though.

Festen by Lars von Trier is a good Christmas movie to watch with the whole family.

Underrated; I liked it a lot.

That's not a Trier movie. It is a Dogme movie, though. I'd say it's one of the better ones.
