Ha ha, now I remember, how could I forget, Amborsia Apples., those are the new ones I like.

This is actually a pear, but it looks like an apple, I love these, sweet with a light juicy crispiness, they use to grow on a lot of trees in people's yards around here but over the decades those trees have disappeared, only find them in stores now.

Love every kind of apple. Love apple pie, cobbler, sauce, butter, juice, ANYTHING! But I absolutely HATE apple peels. They seriously make me gag near the point of vomiting. So obviously, I only eat them peeled.

I have fruit salad in front of me right now consisting of peaches, nectarines and plums mixed with greak yogurt and honey.

I also like artificial apple flavor...that stuff that tastes greenish...don´t look green but taste greenish...y´all know what it is. I like Fuji apples,too. Y´all ever tried Bramley apples raw?

There called Asian Pears here in the stores, I don't know if that's the official name or not. I got addicted to them as a kid when you could just basically pluck them off of somebody's tree, the residuals of a farming past. I thought then they were somekind of apple, which is how they stay in my mind today.

Never seen a yellow kiwi, only know of the green ones. Tangerines are in abundance but they're not my favorite since the ones you buy tend to be too sour for me, maybe the honey tangerines they're sweet which is obvious by the name. Another thing that's disappeared, the citrus trees which use to be everywhere, still a lot but not like it was. Gotta go to home depot if you wanna tree. A shame.

Anyway back to the apples, they use to be my favorite fruit, haven't been as into them recently though. Maybe I'll go up to Julian sometime this month and do some apple picking, those are some excellent apples there. Pick up a pie or 2 or 3...
