Did Ashton Kutcher cheat on wife Demi Moore during the weekend of their wedding anniversary?

A woman is accusing Ashton Kutcher of cheating on wife Demi Moore, the same weekend as the couple celebrated their six year wedding anniversary, according to Radaronline.

The entertainment website claims the liaison happened last Friday in San Diego, California after a booze-fuelled night out.

The 23-year-old woman, who has not been identified, has reportedly hired a high powered Hollywood attorney and has gone into hiding.

Radaronline says it received the information from 'multiple friends of the woman.'

According to one unnamed source: 'She is due to meet with an attorney tonight (Tuesday). She is freaking out.'

The Two and a Half Men star's wedding anniversary was on Saturday, September 24, one day after the alleged encounter happened.

'Ashton didn't look like someone who was celebrating a wedding anniversary,' one club goer told RadarOnline.

The scandal also comes as Star magazine, a sister publication of RadarOnline, is working on an explosive new report claiming the marriage between Ashton, 33, and Demi, 48, is 'officially over.'

The issue will hit newsstands tomorrow (Wednesday).

According to Star: 'Ashton and Demi have separated and the marriage is over.'

MailOnline contacted Ashton's representatives, but so far they have not responded.

A source close to the pair reportedly told Star magazine: 'The relationship ended because of Ashton's serial cheating. It's a painful time for Demi.'

In September 2010, as Mailonline previously reported, Ashton was rocked by another cheating scandal after Star reported that he had had a fling with a 21-year-old woman named Brittney Jones.

The young woman told the magazine she had sex with the actor inside the Beverly Hills home he shares with his wife.

The magazine also claimed that Ashton was so worried that the alleged affair would be exposed that he made her delete their text messages, but Star reported that she didn't remove all of them.

Brittney told Star: 'He looked over the texts and said he wanted me to delete all the messages from him,' she revealed. 'He then told me he wanted me to delete the texts I had sent to him. He said they could hurt him.'

Despite the explosive report, Ashton and Demi brushed off the allegations with Ashton making sure to express just how he felt by taking his Twitter to make a statement.

Demi Fed Up With Ashtons Cheating

In the wake of yet another cheating scandal, Demi Moore has had enough of her toy boy husband Ashton Kutcher's philandering and is ready to call it quits.

According to an exclusive report in Star Magazine, the May to December marriage is over because of Kutcher's infidelities and the couple have been living apart for some time.

Instead of celebrating his sixth wedding anniversary (which was on September 24), the new star of Two and A Half Men spent last Friday flirting with scantily-clad women at Fluxx nightclub in San Diego, the new issue of Star Magazine exclusively reveals, where he looked nothing like a happily-married man.

The scandal also comes as Star magazine -- a sister publication of RadarOnline.com -- hit newsstands with a sensational report, revealing the pair's marriage is "officially over" as a result of Kutcher's cheating.

“It was definitely a long time coming, but they’re finally done for good,” an insider exclusively told Star Magazine.

“Ashton was a serial cheater, and Demi just couldn’t take it anymore. She didn’t deserve to live that way. It’s a painful time for Demi.”

PHOTOS: Ashton Joins 'Men...tes In NYC

After struggling for years to overcome the pressures of their 15 year age difference, Demi, 48, and Ashton, 33, are finally calling it quits, and Star Magazine has the real story behind their crumbling marriage after the weakened bonds holding them together snapped once and for all during the past week.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, a 23-year-old woman is now accusing Kutcher of cheating on Demi with her during last Friday's booze-filled night out in San Diego with his guy friends.

Ashton was checking out all the girls when he arrived at the Fluxx nightclub on September 23, an observer told Star, who said:

“He told me that none of the girls were ‘hot-tub-worthy.’”

The Punk'd creator eventually zeroed in on sexy blonde coed Sara Leal and according to the TheDirty.com, he later had sex with her at the nearby Hard Rock Hotel, where he told her he and his wife were, “separated, but the public just didn’t know yet.”

Now Star can exclusively report that Ashton and Demi have been living separate lives for months and have finally given up on saving their six-year marriage.

In fact, the couple were literally living on opposite sides of the country, with Ashton filming Two and a Half Men in L.A. and Demi working on the upcoming film Magic Mike in NYC.

“Demi’s finally ready to move on after all these years because she’s sick of feeling like she can’t trust Ashton,” an insider revealed to Star. “Especially as his star continues to rise with Two and a Half Men, he’s become really vague about where — and with whom — he spends his time.”

While his latest fling may be the final straw in their marriage, this is not the first time that Kutcher has been caught allegedly cheating.

As Star exclusively reported, 21-year-old Brittney Jones claimed that she had a steamy one-night stand with Ashton last year after she met him at the Lucky Strike Lanes in Hollywood in July 2010, when he was out with Demi and her daughter Rumor Willis.

According to Jones, Kutcher struck up a conversation with her and despite knowing he was there with his wife, she slipped him her number on a cocktail napkin as he was getting ready to go.

A few days later, Jones said the actor brought her back to the sprawling Hollywood mansion he shares with Moore.

They had sex on the couch while Moore was in Detroit shooting a movie. "It was tender and nice," she recalled, "not some random sex act."

It was only when Jones began getting tons of prank calls that she realized Demi had seized the napkin and posted a photo of it on her Facebook page, blasting Brittney, reported Star.

Kutcher ended the relationship during a second meeting, the woman said.

The story about Ashton's latest alleged affair was first broken on TheDirty.com.

The new issue of Star -- featuring the latest on Ashton and Demi’s collapsing marriage -- hits newsstands Wednesday.

What did Chris Rock say? A man is as faithful as his options?

It's hard enough to keep most penises holstered. Throw in good looks and fame and money? shake

Then again, a lot of vagina* finds its way out of pants, as well.

The answer? Get off the pop culture pipe and watch how relationships go down in the real world. If more people did this, the divorce rate would be decimated.

*Let me save someone the time: Alotta Fagina! hah!

Yeah Ace, I think that too many people are looking for that Hollywood ideal in a relationship. Real life is ugly. Too many people bail when things get ugly, and if that's the case, they'll be running all their lives.

That's the problem, as I see it (and hear it in, like, every song on the radio).

Yup. Should be wearing these: dunce.

Dang, they didn't even make it to to The Itch?

People are just lazy as hell when it comes to commitment nowadays. By no means should anyone EVER be stuck with a philanderer, but it seems people are divorcing these days much faster for far less. I think the days of my parents, their friends, and the 45+ Year Marriage are so over.

Yup.

It's not just good or bad, though. My parents were together for over 30 years, and miserable for most of those. Now they are both with someone else and much happier and more appreciated.

Very true, NDRU.

As I think you know, though, I believe people are happiest and most-appreciated on their own. lol

nod Fa sho them days are gone. Especially if you factor in people getting married much older which I think is another reason for rampant divorce.

I agree with you with on the former, SCNLS, but not the latter. Now, if you're talking about people getting together in their forties and beyond, I would think that that would increase their chances of making it work. But if you mean late-twenties and thirties, I don't think anyone really knows their true needs at that age.

I somehow don't really like Chris Rock. Maybe because he's a wife beater demon

So, should women accept a cheating men, because they are men and can't help that they think with their dicks?

I mean, what if a woman would state that she can only be as faithful as her options?

Not many women would be faithful then.

call me an incurable romantic but imo when it comes to marriage, we should just have seven year marriage contracts, renewable on mutual agreement. pre-nup built in and everything.

Demi and Ashton have lived apart for months, gearing up for $290M divorce

Last Updated: 3:08 PM, September 28, 2011

Posted: 1:38 PM, September 28, 2011

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher have reportedly been living apart for months as the power couple is expected to battle it out in a bitter $290 million divorce case.

The couple, who have been married for nearly six years, have been living apart after Kutcher's penchant for cheating, Star magazine reported today.

"It was definitely a long time coming, but they're finally done for good," an insider told the magazine.

Moore, 48, and Kutcher, 33, have been living on the opposite coasts for months -- with Kutcher filming "Two and a Half Men" in Los Angeles and Moore working on her upcoming movie "Magic Mike" in New York.

A source told Star that the couple were "just putting on a show until they officially split."

An insider revealed that Kutcher's cheating was what ended the marriage, saying "Demi's finally read to move on."

Star reported that Kutcher's relationship with a sexy blond coed was the final straw and that the marriage had weathered another case of infidelity when the actor bedded Brittney Jones just before the couple's fifth wedding anniversary.

Last year, Star magazine reported that Kutcher and Jones had sex on the actor's couch after meeting at a bowling alley.

With the marriage essentially over, the couple will spend plenty of time arguing over their $300 million in assets, the magazine reported.

Already worth $140 million, Kutcher will make $700,000 an episode for "Men," making him the highest-paid actor on TV. Moore, meanwhile, is worth $150 million and has seen her stock fade over the past few years.

Sources speculated the couple should have split years ago.

"They've been faking it for the cameras for way too long," said an insider. "They both need to be honest with themselves and finally tell the world."

I feel bad for them. A shattered dream is always hurtful.

I can imagine they both first wanted to deal with the pain and grief in private. It's already hard to deal with, however, having to deal with the press and everybodies opinion about it, must be an extra factor that enforces the hurt. I would want to wait with telling the whole world too.

And probably Demi will get the 'told you so' blame.
