right now i am experiencing a panic attack.... i am freaking out!!!!!

Tomorrow is the court case my X is fighting the avo, if i lose he can walk right back into the house

for 17 years i said nothing, i was afraid, i thought i was protecting my kids, and to my shame i was also embarrassed

i have no proof... that is his defence

he has been gone since June and u cant image how great its been for me, the fear of him just being there is gone, not having to hear him yell and call me derogatory names, plus all the other things he used to do to me

him not being around is just wonderful!!!

i am so afraid it can easily change tomorrow... what if i lose - its not just a court case for me as i can easily lose my identity again and have history repeat itself

one judge makes the decision......

God help me because if i lose i cant help myself

Don't worry if you feel that strongly then use that in court to show how desperate you are.

If the worst comes to the worst then maybe move in with a relative or get a relative to stay with you for a little while...

Hopefully it'll be fine though! Think positive and you will effect a positive outcome!!

Although we become fearful of the future, we know one thing is certain, it seems to always do the total opposite of what we think will happen. I know its scary Eleven, you have the right to be afraid and doubtful, but know one thing is for certain, prayer works. Stay positive even when your hope is shaken, thats usually when a blessing is on its way. Most likely, due to it sounding like domestic violence, that won't happen. He sounds like a coward and its shameful for a man to treat any woman in such as way

I am going through very difficult times myself these days and it is hard to stay strong, but I have experienced myself too how much positive thoughts and prayers by orgers and other friends can make a difference and I am very thankful for that .

Try to stay strong and calm and trust that things will go well. I know it's hard because one person will make a decision that will have such a huge impact on your life, but try to keep your head up high. I wish you all the strength that you need and all the best for tomorrow .

its my word against his ~ and he is a snake, sales man.... very convincing, he even believes his own lies!!!!

i am hoping the judge sees through him!!!

Yes an early night is a good idea, a good sleep makes a huge difference to mental wellbeing and positivity. Also take a friend with you for moral support maybe....and say a prayer...God doesn't let you down when in need, whatever the outcome.
