Doesn't exist. Sperm are cells created like other cells. Abnormally accelerated cell growth is called dysplasia. A guy can ejaculate with an emission of sperm or seminal fluid. But there's only so much jerking any penis is going to handle. He would've reached physical impossibility long before 42, although where that number came from has yet to be established.
