I will be writing more info in a few days. Yes, the Water signs are generally more psychic. However, if a person has one or more planets in a water sign, Rising or planets in a particular house, etc that will influence psychic ability. The Decanate is the number of degrees of a Sun or Rising, planet. For example, the fisrt decanate of Sagittarius is 1-10 degress. The influence is ruled by Jupiter. The second decan of Sag is 11-20 degrees. The subinfluence is Aries and Mars. The third decan of Sag is 21-30 degrees. The subinfluence is Leo and Sun.
