Okay had to go to my mother's house to watch True Blood finally....

THANK YOU JESUS AND ALL THE HEAVENS...ERIC IS BACK!!!!! party

I loved how Pam ran to Eric once she knew he was back finally, but I was turned off when Eric seemed distracted from his ruin with Pam by Sookie. sigh Why is it that, that blond haired broad is always having some vamp at her toes in their emotions over her ass? I feel like she playing with both Eric and Bill's emotions. They should both dump her ass for good.

But damn Tommy died. sad

It's going to be an adventure watching Sam get back at Marcus with Alcide's help popcorn

Hoyt is really, really, really irritating. That's all I'm going to say about him.

And WHOA...did Debbie and Marcus screw?

The whole Andy/Terry scenes, sorry but they seemed like filler scenes to me. I could've done without. shrug Bored me to pieces.

That last scene was priceless with the music....

Debbie and Marcus haven't screwed.....yet. giggle

i was in the clear yesterday from Irene until a damn tree knocked out my power and i couldn't see last nights episode. so i waited all damn day when the power came back on this morning for HBO on demand 2 load up the ep..NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ..i had 2 wait until 10 o'clock on hbo 2 to finally see it and then i look after the episode is over and now the motherfucker is up on hbo demand!! FUCK

but i digress ...

cool episode and oh i love the feud with bill and nan right now ..they should get married! lol

peace tommy

terry and andy great scenes .."i don't recall it that way" "U CAN'T REMEMBER CAUSE U WERE A FUCKING BABY!" falloff

nbj i know u would have liked 2 have eric struggle 2 remember but i don't think i could withstand a whole season of him going around "what was i doing?" hell we never got what happend in the year that sookie was gone all fleshed out lol

marine and antonia i was like GOLLUM! lol

as 4 the last shot ...i was thinkin the theme from the A team was about 2 happen hehehe

The way AB is writing Eric's character, yeah it would have been an emo whine-fest. The way Charlaine Harris wrote it, it was HILARIOUS and did not bog down the story at all, it added to it.

A lot of insight

1. I agree with you re: Sookie playing with Bill's and Eric's emotions. She is actually a villain and I hope AB writes a true rival for her.

2. Marcus and Debbie was telegraphed from the moment the guy showed up in their house.

man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

No, because they're so different.

What they will do is make you look at the TV characters a different way. (I know you like that Anna chick, but the Sookie in the book is so much cooler).

i've read the first 3 and taking one chapter a week from book 4. yes there are differences and because of the show i'm glad that the other characters are more fleshed out. i keep the books and shows seperate tho and can enjoy them both. now when i read the book it's like i can hear the actors from the show speak the words in the book lol

Random thoughts...

1) Alcide is bored , but I think he may shine over the next couple weeks and into next season as he finds out Debbie and Marcus haved gotten together. That said, I think Debbie will be safe (and possibly pregnant), but Marcus is a goner.

2) I thought Marnie would survive this season, but not anymore. She's gone, as are all the other Moon Goddess types except Tara and possibly Jesus. If Jesus does die, though, I'm thinking in return for losing such an audience favorite, we may get the return of Tara's girlfriend, who seemed quite likeable.

3) With Eric back and Pam apparently cured (???), I think Jessica's going to die. I love her, but it'd be a pretty cheap season if we lost no beloved central characters in the impending warfare.

4) Tommy turned out to be a waste of time. We could argue he died protecting Sam, thus realizing a sort of redemptive trajectory. But what real benefit did it have, and how would Sam really know now? shrug Moreover, while Tommy did die after an epic *ss-whipping, he actually died as a result of repeatedly shifting into other human forms. Sam's got no basis, then, for accusing the werewolves of murder.

5) Mavis was a potentially very interesting character, but she was way underutilized. Her arc lasted no more than 2 weeks and served to do little more than showcase Lafayette and Jesus' power. I suppose that's not altogether a waste, but so much more could've been done with her, I think.

6) The badass vamp closing shot was HIGH cheese, but fun nevertheless. Anyone else notice how short Bill was, though? He's like this adorable little pocket vamp. lol

7) Don't forget we're gonna see Russell Edgington back again this season. nod Should be terribly interesting to see his reentry.

1) Sure he is boring, but lawd is he great to look at. drool

3) Umm yeah I was thinking the same. When did Pam mysteriously get cured??? confuse

4) My thoughts as well. Sure he got the great ass whuppin' of the century but I don't see how those injuries alone could've caused him fatal harm. Maybe a wheelchair for a couple of months, but not death. So apparently, we've learned that shifting into animals is harmless, but shifting into humans causes nausea and affects the heart I assume. Tommy was always out of breath after changing back into himself after shifting from human forms.

6) It may have been a little cheesy, but not as cheesy as the scene where Mavis finally left Lafayette's body and everyone is standing around like "mystery solved...we found her body and the baby's body so now she can rest" rolleyes

7) Are we now? popcorn excited

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

Oops. I must correct myself...

A Season 4 return of Edgington had been mentioned a few months back, but the latest I'm reading suggests his return will be put off until the beginning of Season 5: http://screenrant.com/tru...co-122228/

Ahh, yes. She's not "cured," but is undergoing those crazy skin treatments.

I was wondering how Pam showed up looking so damned good. I want some of what she's having. That doctor deserves a raise. lol

As for Debbie. I have never liked her. I hope she dies soon. Something about her just irks me in a white trashy sort of way. I mean, way more white trashy than the other white trashiness. lol

Alcide? Not much in the acting dept but drool And what's up with Marcus' hair??? hmmm lol

It's amazing to me how different she looks though. I know it's all costuming & makeup, but when I first saw Debbie this season, for a second I had no idea who she was.

There are definitely two Debbie Pelts. The first one is the actually pretty cool and you can see why Alcide likes her, acting like Alcide wants her to act, clean and sober Debbie. The second is the Hotshot with a shower, V swilling, shitty clothes wearing Debbie.

I didn't even like her clean and sober. Don't know what it is...just something about her that rubs me the wrong way. shrug But they really do make her look trashy on TB.

ORRRR....maybe that's how she really looks and this is all airbrushed and photoshopped. wink
