What has happened in the Seychelles is truely awful and the death of Ian Redmond is very sad 4 his wife and family.But now there sending shark hunters 2 the waters 2 kill the shark....... .....There never going 2 find the same shark that killed Ian......but will simply kill every bloody shark they see.....Tiger sharks and Bull sharks r truely beautiful creatures and eye love them so much and find it very sad that dozens of sharks will soon go 2 the slaughter..After the death of a French man 2 weeks b4 the death of Ian Redmond could have been prevented.....Man has been killing sharks in there thousands 4 ever........All eye want 2 say is leave sharks alone they r beautiful and misunderstood.....Man shouldnt b in the water in the 1st place.......Thats the home of sharks if u get bit eye say tough shit ur swimming in the sharks living room....What do u xpect???

Totally agree....it's the humans that think they have every right to be every where they want, and if something gets in the way, we just kill it. But you know, humans are the worst kind of animals.

I was feeling this way all summer... they still have shark catching contests here every year.

They have caught and killed thresher sharks here mostly.

I love threshers... there oughta be a law! Leave the shark alone!!!!!!!

They want to kill the great whites here now since they have been spotted hunting sea lions off the coast of Nahunt. I'd rather see all the beaches closed, and I live on the beach.

Its bad enough I no longer see any sea life anymore when I go swimming. There is something wrong about an ocean when there is nothing swimming in the water.

That would drive me mad.....Shark catching contests... ......eye would cry everyday if eye was 2 witness that...So sad so sick and so wrong.....

If not, why give them special treatment not afforded other fish? I don't mean go killing them with reckless abandon or that every shark attack needs to be met with a witch hunt. But making laws, doing away with contests? Where's the outrage for Walleye. And Largemouth bass.

In a paper 2day there was a picture of 2 dead Tiger Sharks...Eye hope in the near future the men who caught those 2 Sharks r 1 day found inside a Shark!!!!

Really? I thought that they made the catching of sharks illegal or made them an endangered species? I saw a show about them shark fishing many years ago,but thought that they made it illegal to do that stuff now. :confused:
