Just do you and keep it breezy don't worry about other people, and it will flow more naturally. even people that don't post pics of themselves can get well known on here.

Once you show up often and really give your opinion you will see that people will remember you. Posting pics helps but is not necessary. It takes time and it also helped me to follow orgers who I liked and see which threads they posted on. I developed a repore with a few people that way.
