I did an elimination diet years ago with no difference in symptoms or wellbeing. I didnt know about the heavy bleeding? what does the test involve?

I didn't proceed the elimination diet fully, however, I did notice a difference. I'm still investigating ingredients.

I found out that night sweating is related to some ingredients. For me that's for sure chocolate and onions, tomatoes and garlic is still under my investigation

For the testing of coeliaki, I went back to normal diet first, so with gluten. Now my blood is investigated and when there is reason to assume Coeliaki is the case; a tissue examination follows for affirmitave diagnostics.

However, if you have been eaten strict glutenfree for 2 years, you should have no more complaints.....

Exactly. It irks me when people delete their accounts, create a new one and come back telling everybody who they used to be. I don't get it. But yeah, breaks are good for everybody.
