Tech orgers please!!! I'm going mad!! I was supposed to render this project long ago but It's a .jpeg file and I have to convert it into .pdf. I already tried adobe pdf creator printer but the result is completely messed up.
Any ideas? Is there any place of refuge one can flee from this insanity |

Well don't thank me until it works. But if it does, you're most welcome. I've used it for that purpose so I think you'll be OK. You could be having a problem with settings, though. Use the Help file (if needed) and be sure you're using the high res setting. |

If that doesn't work, download CutePDF. That has ALWAYS worked for me if and when the Adobe printer has not.
The CutePDF Writer is free, by the way. [Edited 8/21/11 19:47pm] |

Had to download another version of nitro pdf as the first one didn't work, making settings took time as well. Converted a page, the result is just perfect. Will do the rest tomorrow. I will keep in mind the other links as well as Nitro is just a trial version.
Thank you guys for having been there You all helped me out like you have no idea!
It's 2 am here and I'm exhausted as anything, see you tomorrow, take care for now ![wave](/i/s/sym_wave2.gif) Is there any place of refuge one can flee from this insanity |

Glad it works, but its weird that its a trial version. I think when I downloaded it it was just free. May have changed since then, though.
How long does that freejpgtopdf take, and how much personal info do they require in order to use it? Could be a good tool if its not too much of a hassle. |

I wouldn't even worry about it and just use CutePDF. It's completely free, and anything you can print can be converted to a PDF. |

At the time I decided to use Nitro I chose it over Cute because I liked the interface more and it did everything I needed, and then some. However, I'm positive the version I got/have is free. In fact, I think the version she's using may just be trying to get her to buy it, but she doesn't actually have to (yep, I just checked download.com - the 32bit Nitro pdf is 100% free).
Side note: All these other free/shareware programs are great, but I now have Adobe Acrobat X Pro and GREAT GOOGLEY MOOGLEY that is one awesome program. |

64 bit is free, too. I actually have a memory of getting a pop-up trying to convince me to buy after I installed. But the program is actually free - you don't have to ever buy it if you don't want to. |

Isn't it though?! I remember I had to install this version for one of the executives where I worked, and this was replacing the 2009 version. I install it, and he wants me to show him how to use it. Never mind that HE was the one who used the 2009 version, and I really never ever bothered to use it, and I was so sure it's damn near the same thing. So, I basically showed him what he needed and walked off. Based on what he needed the shit for, it was a real simple training session. ![lol](/i/s/icon_lol.gif)
But, I decided to download it for my home computer, and it looks terrific and all. I just have nothing to work on it for. Lol! |

ok, let's start at the beginning.
First, is your computer plugged in and turned on?

I actually needed it, and it works FAR beyond my expectations. The amount of editing it can do is absolutely insane. And its creation abilities are the best I've experienced with any Acrobat version. Its just super powerful and, as you mentioned, not very difficult to use. But if you don't have a need for it I guess none of that really matters. ![lol](/i/s/icon_lol.gif)

I'm not sure most people have Photoshop anymore, though. Most people have some weak ass, doesn't do 3/4 of what you need knock-off photo editor these days. Something that came bundled with a cam, printer or on a pre-built pc. |
