I agree with L4AO: WTF?! hmm

I think I would have hated that cheesy mess even if I hadn't read the books! disbelief

The Maxine scene was PRECIOUS!

That, and when Jason said, "Sorry. I stopped listening halfway through". lol

ENOUGH WITH THE LOVEY DOVEY ROMANCE NOVEL BULLSHIT.

There's a reason I avoid Twilight like the plague.

I would've gladly watched Pam rip Tara's throat out. biggrin

It's so much cooler in the books...

Watching him with Anna Paquin is kind of ill nauseating.

I'm done with Marnie's ass, too. She and Tara playing all "Vamp Vigilante" doesn't thrill me at all. rolleyes

I fuckin hate Marnie beyond what I can express (though I do try batting eyes) and I fear we're gonna be stuck with her all season the way we had centaur (or whatever it was she was, I forget) woman, who was actually GOOD and wicked and fun to watch.

The only stories I'm really caring for this season (so far) are Sam's and Jessica's.

I totally meant it about Tara. I would've been fine with her dying tonight, and she used to be one of my favorites in seasons past. sigh

My only interest in the witch stuff is via Pam, solely.

for once i wish AB would have left that shower scene the way it was in the book but if u had a good editing machine u can take the "shower" then splice it with what happend when they got back from the woods!

Hmm I was kinda meh through most of the episode.

The Sookie/Eric stuff like john said earlier is just boring, though Im wondering since they killed the fairy godmother if Sookie is going to end up with child, though I dont know if in the books it was a vamp that got claudine pregnant or not.

Vampire/Witch battles shouldnt be attempted if the best you can afford is styrofoam headstones and a fog machine.

The Tommy/Maxine bit was great and really showed how talented that actress is.

N as I have said since the start, I just dont care bout demon baby, doll, and all that. I have a bad feeling that Lafa should be keeping his mouth closed for the rest of the season to stop lone spirits from taking control of him.

Best line "Thank good things, Hot summer days, bbquing, uhh no um."

Urgh!!! Why do they always have to have Sookie being this (in my Scarlet O'Hara voice) damsel in distress??? All her damn mens always coming to her fucking rescue. The hooker can never help her damn self. You even heard her, she don't even know how to use to her powers (besides reading minds)...they only work when she doesn't expect them too. disbelief She getting on my nerves.

But besides that, how hot was that scene when Bill was meeting with Antonia and then he showed his backup, she showed her backup, then after Sookie read that Antonia was actually double crossing and making another spell, Bill had MORE backup!!! I was like OH FUCK YES!!!! popcorn Just wished Jessica was there too instead of dealing with her man troubles. pout

And speaking of Jess, why in the hell is Jason rejecting her now? He knows he wants her. Sure he's friends with Hoyt but he know he can't resist that passion he got for Jessica. But I was surprised at Hoyt, he was so damn mean to Jessica. I know he was heartbroken and all but he said a lot of harsh things about her that I felt was unnecessary.

Lawd have mercy, now that lady has possessed Lafayette. sigh

And shucks, Pam had my permission all season long to off Tara. That damn Bill just had to stop her. Best line of the night...."You've got to be fucking kidding me!!!!!" lol

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

I haven't liked Sookie in a while. I always found her annoying, but couldn't figure out why. Once I read the books, I realized that it's not Sookie, it's Anna Paquin. confused

I'm not sure how I feel about where Lafayette's storyline is going. What happened to his involvment with the witches? confuse

I'm looking forward to the Debbie Pelt/Sookie confrontation. That chick is crazy...

Sam's no punk, either. A fight with the pack leader should be good.

Loved the episode!

The Sookie/Eric stuff was corny as hell. It's sad that this was their best chemistry so far and it was meh at best, but as long as AS is naked...play on.

The V trip was stupid as hell. I'm not talking cheesy, but what the hell?? Eric is not the first vampire Sookie has exchanged blood with so what's with the trip? Just AB stupiding up the Sookie/Eric storyline.

As much as I try to not compare the books to the tv show, the Sookie/Eric storyline is SOOOOO much better in the books. The only good thing about it on the show is AS.

Jason annoyed the shit outta me last season, but this season he is one of my very favorite characters. He definitely gets many of the best lines. I'm glad they're not spending anymore time on Hotshot. The Jason-Jessica-Hoyt triangle is so much better. BUT WTF HOYT?!? I know he's hurt & angry with him and Jessica splitting up, but all that shit he said to her! That was fucked up!

I love the Tommy storyline, I really do. All the actors involved are just fantastic and they have made it so much fun to watch.

I love Antonia's reaction to her spell not killing all the Vamps. lol the graveyard scene has gone somewhat similar to the books. The changes AB made have in some ways enhanced and in some ways detracted from the scene, I just would have liked to have seen more of it. Antonia better back off my Viking though!!!!

I really like the Lafayette/Mavis possession. Mavis is creepy as HELL! All sing song-y and smiles with Mikey, then that cold ass look she gave Lafayette! I'd have hauled ass out that kitchen to! Lafayette cracked me the hell up as possessed by Mavis.

I actually like Tara better teamed with Marnie/Antonia. The scene where Bill spared her from Pam was fantastic. Pam's frustration with the situation was great!

All in all, it was my second fav episode of the season.

Claudine was not preg by a vampire in the books. In the books, fairies keep their distance from vampires as vampires cannot control themselves because fairy blood is so appealing to them. ITB, fairies were dying off because of lack of female fairies of child bearing age and difficulty conceiving. ITB, Claudine was preg by a full blooded male fairy not too closely related to her.

I don't see Sookie getting preg by Eric or any other vamp. As Hoyt so bitchily pointed out when he and Jessica were splitting up, Vamps & humans can't have babies together.
