Izzit 2 early for a New Year thread??? I know it's only August...but I am so damned ready for this year to be over.
I feel as though 2012 is going to be better. It HAS to be. My birthday in 2012 falls right on Thanksgiving Day. I will turn 42 (nice even number).
Something in my gut tells me the sun will shine brighter when 2012 comes around. I can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Is it too early for this thread?
Can we just pretend it's December and post our hopes and wishes for the coming year?

I'm loving this year
I've been to Singapore, Chiang Mai, Ubon, Korat, Laos, Rayon, and will be headed back to Singapore in the next couple of weeks.
I'm far, far too busy, but really loving life right now.
But, I know how you're feeling. I had sucky years not too long ago.

Yeah...I once tried to make sense of it...each day only repeats itself every few thousand years (or something like that)...a "century" is 52 years...it's very interesting.
