I am a cookbook junkie. I love to buy them and cooking magazines. Stupid thing is I rarely use them, I just like to look at them.

I rarely buy them any more thanks to my iPad. Saves me space & money!

I have a "Taste of Home" cookbook I bought a couple of years ago. It's the one I'd keep.

It has everything. And the recipes turn out very well for me everytime. Hoppin' John was the first one, for New Years Day - for luck, and it was excellent.
