I have a Polish mom who makes the BEST pizza evar foodnow. Sometimes she puts kielbasi on the pizza and it's sooo good.

Also, she makes this BBQ chicken pizza where, instead of tomato sauce, she puts BBQ sauce and then puts chicken as the topping. Simply amazing. You HAVE to try it.

My American-ness demands pizza with pepperoni!

I like sausage & mushroom, too when I'm at home (sausage is not so common on pizzas here). When I'm in Italy I usually chow down on a margaretha (plain pizza with red sauce & cheese),

or pizza with white sauce, tuna, black olives, and sprinkles of crushed red pepper and a touch of mozzerella. Here in Germany, we have a large population of Turks, and with their mediterranean influenced cuisine they do their own culinary version of pizza called "LAHMACUN" that's awesome.Thin crusted and exoticly spiced. When you want to kick it up a notch, you can order this thing stuffed with fresh toppings and rolle....I swear that pizza is God's invention as the cure for the modern hangover foodnow foodnow foodnow

No meat, no cheese. Cos i'm vegan.

Anything else is good to go. But there has to be olives and jalapenos on there.
