Romeo & Juliet movie question(1996) if the capulets are yellow and red and the montagues are blue...why is tybalts capulet car blue in the 1996 movie...is that some glaring error, or was/is there a reason for it.

The Montagues are not blue, you have them reversed. The Capulets are blue. [Edited 8/14/11 23:34pm]

I would think so too...but EVERYWHERE I've looked on the internet, It says the opposite...that capulets are red and montagues are blue.

They certainly are wrong/confused.
When escaping during Mercutio's death scene, they escape in a blue car. When Tybalt gets out of his car in the first scene and you see him light is cigarillo, his car is blue. When Tybalt dies, just before he climbs up on the overhang thing, he pulls himself out of a blue car.

I'm so confused now.
tybaly is opposite of romeo...and in that movie poster ofr the old 68 version...romeo is in blue...tybalt should be the opposite color...but his car is blue. seems his car should be red.
am I going completely dyslexic or somehting. I feel confused and stupid. My goddamn roommate keeps insiting the point and the internet doesn't seem to be clearing things up for me.
and 2 grown ass men are debating wardrobe issues in romeo and juliet...i feel gay now too...(Not that there's anything wrong with that).
