Well, the thread title speaks for itself really.

While taking a nap earlier to alleviate my headache, I dreamed that I'd left Uzie tied to a lamp post or maybe a tree on a footpath, and then gone to a mall nearby. I would NEVER leave her tied outside a store, much less randomly on a footpath, but in the dream I figured she was safer there than outside a store where she could be stolen... I went into a small restaurant and there was an old school (as opposed to oldschool) friend of mine. We started talking and time went by, until I suddenly realised Uzie was still tied on the footpath. So I start to leave but in an outer room I find two of my dog walking friends and they're waiting for food. So I linger but I still have that anxiety that Uzie's out there.

I woke up in the middle of that, and still felt the nervousness. It may not seem like a big thing to most of you, but Uzie is THE best living thing in my life.

Me, my girlfriend, her friends and my friends went to an old empty swimming pool...and did extacy. It was my first time, proabaly my last. And while we were doing it(doing x), Jimi Hendrix was playing on the radio, and I feel asleep to "Purple Haze". So I guess "Purple Haze" put me in the mindstate that I was at Woodstock or something.

most of my dreams are like.. kinda bad dreams. im always driving (i hate driving) and my brakes never work right, so i can never stop in time. its like, i have to press them all the way down to the floor to get almost the same affect id get if i just let off the gas and coasted. im forever running red lights and stop signs and whatnot, and i always seem to forget it happened right afterward, because i keep driving fast. sometimes my car seems too fast for me to handle.

and one time my car was suddenly in drive right after i turned it on, and i couldnt put it in park or stop cause the brakes wouldnt work.. so i ended up driving into a freaking lake somehow. but then my car didnt sink, it just floated on the surface of the water.. and i was able to control the car and steer it in a big circle and drive back onto land

That's cool, when the outside directly influences your dreams right away. Everybody knows that dreams are made up of our rl experiences and feelings, but I like it when it happens right away.

Yeah I have to agree. It was very trippy to say the least. I saw Carlos Santana playing a guitar solo with his feet.

I saw Santana in concert earlier this year, he's still a major hippie and that kind of ruined the experience for me. I mean I know he's a hippie, but there was loads of preaching going on about "love, and light"... chanting for 10 minutes it seemed. But man, he's such a guitarist.

I don't know how much you do drive, but perhaps it would help if you drove more? Or maybe if you learned how to fiddle with the mechanics, to learn how the car works internally? Just ideas.

You should be flattered I think, regardless of who it was who told you. Being the object of somebody's erotic fantasies is a good thing. I have an ex-friend who used to tell me he masturbated thinking about me all the time. I was flattered the first time he told me, then it turned out he still did it... having a gf he'd been with for 10+ years. Guess why we're ex-friends.

I am soaring

Through a secluded redstone deep canyon

I see 3 wild horses way below me

so funny you made this thread Teacher, because I was thinking of making one today too. Thanx! so usually my dreams are very vague and just bits and pieces of this and that. BUT Saturday night I had a dream about Prince. (hey it happens) it too was bizarre but was very clear at the same time.

it was like I was an aquaintance...but there was a plan to meet up and hang out. I met him at the mall I think, he greeted me with 2 long white feathers (instead of flowers) he had some errands to run there...so I tagged along, watched him pay for a few things and actually remember thinking that was cool to see him do regular people kind of things. We were kind of smirking at eachother alot.

We had dinner somewhere...I think in the same mall but we weren't alone, we were at a table with about 6 or 8 people, all people he knew, almost like it was some obligation dinner he had to attend. We didn't sit next to eachother he was on the opposite side of the table and over 2 people to the left of me. He would often look at me with a look of ugh..I can't wait to get out of here. He kind of rushed the dinner along, I don't remember any actual food but I remember hearing the clanking of dinner ware and such. He paid the bill and threw a 100 on the table as a tip. Said his good byes, and I remember thinking he was going to leave me there with all these folx I didn't know but he stood and waited for me to get up to go with him. I was VERY happy! So we went...not sure where but were having fun and feeling very at ease. What I remember most about this dream was us looking at eachother closely. I told him I thought he was stunning, and beautiful and he seemed surprised as if no one had ever said that to him before. I don't remember him talking much, just a little and some laughs...as if he didn't know what to make of me, but I think he was intrigued. I woke up with such a sense of WOW that was GREAT! I felt like I had really just spent time with him. I thought about it all day yesterday. :cloudnine:

I've had dreams of kissing a certain orger. hehehe that was pretty frickin great too. LOL!

I've had dreams (twice) where my car went off the road and into a river and was filling up with water. one time I got out and ran down the road and someone said to me, thank god you didn't have your kids with you.....and I was like OMG! they are in the car! so I ran back and dove in and was trying to get them out but woke up.

I've also recently more than once had a dream where I was like either on a zip line, sky diving, hang gliding or something like that..but I had that sensation of falling where my heart was in my throat and I couldn't believe I was doing what ever it was I was doing.

The last dream I had, I pushed Prince down a flight of stairs and on the way down he kept saying, "if you push me I will fall". I went to the bottom of the stairs and he was broken into different pieces so I put him back together again and he hugged me then we walked for what seemed like forever just holding hands and somehow we ended up at the civic center and there was this art display of babies sleeping in little phone booths. It was so weird. He said "call me sometime".

I woke up.

I dreamed about a meeting fair skinned redhead...for many years...

...and then it happened!!!

i've always had recurring dreams. not the same, twice, but the same theme. like, story dreams

lately, i've been having a new one: i'm at the cabin on top of the hill, where i should be looking a hundred or so feet down to the water's edge, only now the water comes all the way up to the apple tree, not that far from the door....

If I had a dream about Woody Allen I'd kill myself when I woke up.
