your favorite stress relievers... since im in high stress mode lately.. ive been thinking about making a list of things i like to do to relieve stress...
and trying to accomplish one thing on my list every other day to once a week...
some of the things i enjoy to keep stress free are
drawing, painting
reading
writing poetry in my poem book
candle lit bubble baths
a sweet massage from the hubby
sex
a walk at night
i feel like if i can get back to doing some of these things for myself more often i can get back to feeling a little less crazy and not so overwhelmed with life..
so what are some things that take the stress away from you ? insatiable3: how can i cure my hangover?

eating going 4 a long walk with the dog gardening drawing painting reading cleaning the house de-cluttering doing my nails listening to music having a coffee with a choc bisc outside in the sun going 4 a drive to the beach looking at old photo albums
