Since it is long distance and we will be apart for long periods of time and be just friends until we can be together, hopefully, as more, I want to show him I care but not overwhelm him with the caring LOL.

trust me, I am DEFINITELY working to rectify that situation. We are not really trying to rush into anything though, we both have so many other responsibilities to other people, and trust issues to work out. We are going to take this time to be best friends and fall in love properly and make sure it is really right and get our separate lives on point. We are practically identical in what we like and how we think! He calls me "the female him"! The biggest difference is he is a man, and men are just hard to shop for. Basically, like me, if he wants something, he's gonna go get it ASAP. So I'm trying to find that rare stuff that he or I wouldn't necessarily think of. Plus, like me, he's really picky, so quality stuff that will last over junk. Lastly, nothing boring or trite.... Clothes are hard cuz his body is so cut he has to get stuff custom made. He likes sneakers but the good stuff, Nike, etc. I'm easy because I do like flowers and jewelry lol. But not just anything...so I know he's got that super particular vibe too. The steak idea is on the money so far...that I can see him appreciated and there are quite a few good mail order sites I know. | |
