So You Think You Can Dance 2011 Anybody watching this show this year? Since 24 has been put 2 rest, this is without question my favorite show 2 watch on TV. | |

There are some great dancers on this year with a lot of versatility. Sometimes I forget what their preferred dance style is, since they are so good at everything.
My favorite is Tadd. For the girls I like Sasha.

She's got a lot of style! I can't remember how she did with the ballroom routines, though. She'll have to be on it! And the judges were kind of down on her when she did that lackluster hip hop routine, too. But I'm blaming that one on her partner that week. I'm glad they are getting ready for the all star dance partners.
What do you think of the guest judging? I mean - are these people even qualified to have an opinion?! | |

The guest judges seem 2 be just about anyone they can find 2 be on the show. Because of the success of the sho.....all of the old regular judges are working elsewhere.

And the choreographers are amazing. That opening number that they did last night with all the contestants was amazing!

I will say that So You Think You Can Dance is a little better than just popularity. The public vote only determines who the bottom 3 are. From there, they get to "dance for their lives" and the judges determine who leaves...not the popular vote.
I like the show more so for the amazing dancing performances and not so much to see who the one winner is going to be! | |

She made me cry last night.
I don't mind if Sasha, Melanie or Marko win. They are all amazing.

My good friend went last year and it was all repeat performances of the favorite dances. I thought I heard Nigel say that there would be some new dances this year but don't quote me. Yes I watch it, and Sasha and her dance partner killed it with their performance last night. It was amazing. I have to say they have some amazing dancers on that show.
