They can be used to produce components, but I don't think a cow or sheep is going to produce human breast milk, that requires more than adding DNA.

Same with pigs producing human blood. Theoretically that should kill the pig. However, the pig can be used to grow proteins present in human blood that can be harvested without serious harm.
