Might be since he mentioned Steve Harvey and Jamie Foxx and he was beefing with them around the time he and Steve had that "battle of the comics" thing, which I think was before 2009 became the new year I think.

That's a good question and I guess any of us who are on twitter have to ask ourselves why we bother. I joined to follow a friend and then it turned into following some wack ass celebs so I could watch them fight with each other and then I followed a couple other wack ass celebs who were putting their naked pics out there. Now it all seems so asinine and juvenile. I mean really, I don't need to see the mother of Floyd Mayweather's child tweeting pics of her coochie and ass nor do I need to see grown ass gay men tweetin' their dick pics to Trey Songz's fake twitter.

For real. The black entertainment and celebrity circle is very small and tight knit and one can't afford to piss too many people off. Katt made so many enemies that even folk who were enemies before ended up being cool with each other because they had mutual disdain for Katt.

It's sad because if Katt had of stayed clean and on top of his game and picked his battles more carefully...he would be running the comedy game now.

after a while, his schtick got old. He played the same character in movies and he did the same jokes every standup. There's about 3 comedy specials where he does the same jokes

It wasn't just that, it was his ego got out of control with the brush of fame he had gotten and he went after all his ppers. It was as if he was beefing with every comic out there for no absolute reason

Yeah, least in the last one I saw he did have some different jokes but it seemed same-ly still. Didn't he get booed during one performance because he repeated most of the jokes from his Pimp Chronicles special, which I think were jokes he had already said a million times at other performances prior?
