The retainer (I assume you wear one International) or lisp hardly makes her sound like Carol Channing. At most there's a lisp-ish sound to International's "s" but Carol Channing, charming as she may be sounds like a senile drunk whereas International just has a bit of a lisp but sounds peppy and...well, not near death.
