Easily the best episode of the the season. Loved the scene with the barmaid riding Pam's coffin like a vibrator. Jason is gonna save Jessica, if you play it again you hear a shot being fired after the guard tackles him, when Jessica is crawling across the floor.

N whikle I hate Tommy, I do have to give props to the actor that some how brings empathy to the character.

The finale is obvious going to be a showdown between Marnie, honey if youre going to do an accent play it through, and Lafayette with Tara and Jesus in the middle of it all. Id say Jesus eats the dirt.

Overall very well done. Well acted and great script.

Erics butt is a plus, but I really have no interesting in him and sookie. Honestly its really not Ann that I have a problem with, I just dont really care for how the character is written for the show. Shes really the least interesting of the characters.

N just when I thought we would make it through a season, we got to see Tara ball like a child AGAIN. ugh.

Marshall Allman does a FANTASTIC job of portraying Tommy Mickens. I'm actually really disappointed in Sam in how he's totally failing in the big brother/mentor department. Tommy is a shit to be sure, but I think if Sam expects him to know how to act, to know right from wrong when Tommy was very obviously not brought up that way. Tommy wants a better life and to be a better person, but does not have the tools to do so. He is completely clueless. He's very street smart, but he was taught to take anything he could from everyone he comes across. Sam has dropped the ball with Tommy repeatedly.

yes, he does (in the books)

but for some reason I keep thinking Jason didn't turn [on tv] maybe b/c this full moon was only a day or two after he was bitten and rescued by Hoyt & Jessica.. in the books, didn't a month or so have to pass before he turned..? confuse

but maybe Ball funked with the cannon again --- I was shocked when Sookie asked Alcide & Debbie and they said you can't get turned by a bite/scratch from any wereanimal.

here is my opinion on that what debbie and alcide said to sookie, maybe it's true that u one of ur parents had 2 be a werewolf in order the baby 2 become one later on in life, same theory about a shifter, but somehow someway there had 2 be a first, so what the history of the ghost daddy and mommy story from hotshots is not 2 far fetched. because of jessica's blood in jason it might have contained jason's change or altered it somehow. so i still think jason will turn eventually

omg.. them fuckin' inbred morons in Hot Shot hmph! lol

I hope it altered it to not happen.. lol

I reallyhated that in the books.. confused

I think Jason will turn eventually. Maybe there needs to be an "incubation" period before he can shift. If the Hot Shot alley cats did in fact turn Jason, then he could possibly be a father to a future Hot Shot alley cat nutty. I have really enjoyed this season so far(barring the first episode).

*SPOILER-ISH*. Proceed with caution...this is about the lady in the kitchen. The lady in the kitchen is Mavis and she is a spirit. Following is my speculation...Tara has sided with Marnie who is possessed by Antonia. Lafayette, I think, will be possessed by Mavis, who I think will end up being an ancestor of his and Tara. I don't think Lafayette is going to choose a side. I think he will be all about saving Tara & Jesus. Marnie is a threat to their safety so he will battle her and end up okay w/ the Vamps.

Interesting theory... I can kinda forsee Lala being a key to taking her down. But I didnt make the connection with that spirit...

Change it one more time..

i so want 2 know if ur on the hbo.com site and what ur name is lol

I am not. If I were it would be Nothinbutjoy. I am on www.true-blood.net as Nothinbutjoy.

The sites are frustrating though. The are heavily moderated. I could not say "I think Anna Paquin is half troll with acting skills to match." on those sites like I can here. smile

To change the subject, in the books it is very clear about born vs bitten in the were/shifter world. In fact that is what they call it "born vs bitten".

A born were/shifter* has to be the first born child of of were/shifter parents. They are the only child to be a were/shifter. Other children of the same couple will not have the trait.

In the books, a person can be bitten to be a were/shifter, but they do not become the full animal. It's how they explain the "wolfman" of the movies and tv. They are also not held in the esteem as a born were/shifter.

There is no "ghost mama/ghost daddy" in the books. They don't even go into the origins of the first were/shifters. Vampires are magical creatures. Were/shifters are magical creatures. Fairies ARE magic.

*were/shifter is meant to differenciate between the different supernaturals (supes) A were is a shifter who turns into one particular animal. A Were is a shifter who turns into a wolf. They had declared themselves superior to other weres and are the only ones allowed to call themselves Were with a capital W. They are also, primarily the only shifters who are organized. The Hotshot were-panthers were more a clan. Shifters can shift into any animal. In the books, at first, Sam could only change into the animal he last saw a picture of. I think Charlaine Harris, either dropped that, forgot about it, or just stopped going into detail about it as the book series has progressed.

In the show, who the hell knows what AB is going to do? However, I do think I saw in a teaser/behind the scenes thing at some point that Jason was not going to change. I could be wrong though.

then u should be on hbo.com then lol ..they say what they want over there!! lol

man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

But what does that have to do with the demon baby and the doll that Mavis is following around?

Out of all the story lines going on this season, the demon baby story line is the one I've heard the least about.

My armchair screen writers' theory, in part taken from stuff on the forums @ true-blood.net (this part specifically), is that last season when Arlene went to Holly to terminate her pregnancy, she also called forth Mavis, like Tara called forth Maryanne in Season 2.

I just think Mikey is a baby because everybody knows babies can see angels and fairies and spirits until they grow old enough to not believe. She is around Mikey because she was called to him. I think a bad spirit (Dale?) started the fire. I think Mavis saved him from the fire.

I think Mavis is tied to Lafayette because of his mother's supposedly insane rantings about LaLa being special. I think Mavis is related to LaLa because the gift runs in families, like Jesus, his grandfather and his uncle.

Of course, I'm probably completely wrong. lol

Also, I assume Marnie (Fiona something) is some kind of fancy shmancy Brit act-ORRRR (I saw someone say she's from Harry Potter which I don't watch boxed). Umm...if she is...pick an accent honey.

I hate her Antonia voice, it's like, let her just sound like Marnie or go for the accent full on. There's nothing, and I mean NOTHING Spanish or remotely Latin about her accent. Maybe she's spent out from the southern mentally challenged Marnie voice. shrug

falloff

I can't believe you hate Fiona so.

I really wish this was the case, cause it could be explosive when the shit hit the fan, but weve gotten no hints that Eric is not amnesic. Im trying to figure out how they are going to get him back to old Eric cause I dont see Antonia reversing the spell, but maybe that will fall to the coven at the end and Eric n Pam will forgive them.

Sounds good!

It's just that I would have jumped out of that bed when Eric asked about the clothes that were left in the woods, "Do you want me to go get them?"...Too cute!! mad
