OK, I have a mildish form of OCD, I think. It's never been diagnosed, but I assume I have it.

I REALLY dislike checkerboarded floors, because I almost always subconciously try to step on the only one color instead of another. Or one texture over another. This causes me to walk awkwardly on tiled floors that have patterns.

I also get wigged out by the number 3 when it is repeated in a sequence of 333 or 3333, which I actually see far, far too often.

When looking at a clock I will see 333 a LOT. I used to wake up at exactly 3:33 when looking at the clock, and then doze off. I also have seen, on very rare occasions, 444, which I find even creepier, but it's extremely rare to see 444. My number is definately 333. I see that shit everywhere.

I see it when waking up to look at the alarm. I see it when randly checking my watch during the day. I get change back that sometimes is 333 baht, or in the old days, 333 dollars.

It happens far too frequently to just be a coincidence. And I'm not implying a supernatural reason here. I could also just have some faulty OCD wiring in my brain that not only causes me to pay attention to patterns, but also to fixate on certain sequence of numbers.

But there's no denying, that I notice and see 333 and 3333 far too often.

Does anyone have anything like this happen to them on a regular basis?

I've been waking up at night, at exactly 4.45 am, for a long time now. I often wake up normally but that I should do it at exactly the same minute almost every night is, like you say, too much of a coincidence. It weirds me out too. I don't see 4.45 in other instances though, thankfully.

It must be really creepy.

Yeah, I see the numbers 5, 55, and 555 on a regular basis, whether it's looking up at the clock and it's 5:55, or just stuff like opening a book to page 555, those kinds of things. When I was riding in my sister's car yesterday I happened to look up and saw the address 5555 on a building and kinda smiled to myself.

That shit happened to me for a few years when I was younger. Seemed like every time I looked at the clock, it was always three same numbers. Like 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, 4:44, 5:55 etc. Just stopped happening after a while, I guess.
