I am about to show my ignorant ass. I have never been very good at finding people that might be interested in doing/trying things outside the bell curve. I was educated in Catholic school and I still have that energy about me. As one boss said of me "She looks like she wears a cross around her neck".

Anyway I would love people to talk about how they even get these things negotiated.
