I just stayed home, cleaned the house, washed the car, washed the dog, done the kids sports thing, and......................painted my nails

I hafta go there one day.

Saturday I did "manly-man" stuff...a buddy & I spent the day mounting a trailer hitch on my car, complete with electrical wiring harness.

Then I helped him move furniture.

Then we troubleshooted & replaced a blown fuse on my car.

Yesterday I spent the day with the kids in the park.

Eye went 2 c Some 1 called prince in Ireland so apart from no sleep my weekend was as good as they bloody get......Back 2 reality now...Hoover/iron/washing up/work....

I had a really great weekend!

Friday night my bf and I bicycled to St Paul (about 8-9 miles each way) and had a super yummy dinner and a nice glass of wine on a lovely patio.

Saturday I lazed around with him for most of the morning, we ran some errands during the day, went out for an Indian buffet and watched a (bad) movie together in the evening.

Yesterday I met up with some friends (Darin and Anxy for those that know them) and we went to see the Amazing Acro-Cats. It was awesome! If they come through your town and you like cats I highly recommend checking them out.

Then, Darin and I went to the Mall of America and saw Harry Potter (again) in 3D and in the crazy D-Box seats. I hadn’t heard of them before a few weeks ago, but the seats move and rumble and tingle along with the action in the movies. It was weird, but kinda fun. Don’t think I’d spring for them often (or again?) but it was something to try once.

Horrible. I've been sick since Wednesday and it got really bad on Saturday, I had to go to the hospital.

I want to die.

Friday: Spent two 1/2 hours leading my group (at work) through a

session, we went through 2 boxes of tissues, but I think we made a lot

of progress.

Saturday: Went to Great America and ran into a guy I once

made out with in a club.

Sunday: Wrote a report, got birthday surprised by my kids at work at midnight

(they made me a giant birthday banner with a huge Prince picture in the middle

that one of them spent the last couple of days doing for me by hand!),

had a phone conference with my boss at 12 AM, went out to eat.

It was kool.

It's nothing serious, just a bug, I think. They just gave me a bunch of antibiotics and told me to drink a lot of lemonade.

Went camping with my daughter and some friends. A certain member of our party was unbearable to be around. But I tried to ignore that, as it was my last weekend with my daughter this summer. We were still able to have a good time, so that's all that matters I suppose. We fly back to AZ in a few days...

Yup. Been a good summer overall.

Worked on music with friends on Saturday. I was pretty happy with what we came up together this time around. When I walked back home in the middle of the night I saw a young couple having sex at the side of the road, laughed at it and then went to sleep.

The usual stuff.
