I never spend too much time on one particular forum. I tend to jump around and visit all of them, to get a taste for something different every once in a while. Because every forum has it's boring times and wtf/stupid ass threads, even this one.

I originally found this place looking for some Prince info. But i'm not interested in every little thing Prince does, I don't know names of his band members, I don't have everything he ever recorded. I just like what I like.

Anyway while I was here I found GD and thought I would gate-crash the party.

Living in a foreign country, I need to speak English with people about something other than work, God, politics, or something I just saw in a television documentary. I was born in the 70's, raised in the 80's where you ran into your neighbors and chatted over all levels of BS you could think of. You gossiped a little bit, exchanged recipes, supported each others businesses, helped out someone if they were in need, showed new pictures of the kids, etc. etc. This forum is my metaphorical "porch stoop" or "backyard fence" where I can shoot the breeze with "neighbors" over ab-so-lute-ly nothing and it's much less serious than my every day life in The Land of the Analytical Teutons.

someone told my husband that i cannot go until i die...true story.

its pretty bad. same thing happened to my mom when mydad started cheating, and she started keepin compnay away from home, it was just too much for her. sad innit??? football season is around the corner so ill be dodging punts and what not as i have done for the past 8-9 years...

For me practising my English as it is not my first language is one of the reasons I spend a lot of time here. But then again maybe that is just an excuse I am using for myself to justify it .

And girl you DO live in Germany. Teutons. Haven't heard that refernece in awhile. I vaguely remember they were a germanic tribe that warred with Rome and all the women killed themselves rather than being roman slaves. Or something.

You're not gonna die here in GD are you? My fav black dress is in the cleaners and I don't wear pant suits to org funerals because that's just un-ladylike.

You will have to postpone any org death until I am officially styled and emotionally prepared.

There r many people here that eye realy like & eye enjoy getting 2 no them by there threads, since my ban ive made so many friends and im so grateful......Then there r the people that eye dont get and they dont get me....never have....never let me in from the very begginning they r special 2 me....i have some fun with those orgers they dont like me and eye thrive on that........ .....Eye spend alot of time on here cuz eye love getting org notes,nice/happy/lift u up org notes when that happens this place is so cool....
