zab has actually looked better this late in his career than he ever did. He has maturity on his side now. He's looked damn powerful in his last three fights.

The main reason Floyd and Pacman haven't fought is simple, BOB ARUM! Alot of people forget that Arum was Floyd's promoter early in his carrer and according to insiders he's still salty about Floyd buying out his Top Rank contract before the Zab Judah fight in 2007 and going over to cross promote with his rivals, Golden Boy Promotions. This is all about the business side of the sport, Floyd ain't scared of Manny and Manny ain't scared of Floyd .
As far as in the ring I still favor Floyd, he's always the smarter fighter in the ring, he adapts to what your doing, makes adjustments, and then forces you to fight his fight.
Zab Judah's been washed up since he got beat down by Joshua Clottey and then got another beat down by Miguel Cotto. Looking back at Judah's carrer he's always come up short in his big fights, the only time he didn't was the second Cory Spinks fight. Now he's just a gate keeper, Sweet Pea can't help him, it's too late!

Prescott hasn't been anywhere near as impressive as he looked when he blitzed Khan; in fact, he seems to have regressed a bit, getting outboxed by both Miguel Vasquez and Kevin Mitchell. He just couldn't seem to adjust at all when faced with a clever boxer. His last bout, on ESPN2 against Bayan Jargal, saw him showing more boxing skill, but he just doesnt' seem to be the same destroyer who wiped Khan out in one. If anything, Khan's the one who has continually developed. Still, as Doug Fischer of Ring TV remarked, "the rematch is viable as a stay-busy fight in the UK and it’s important to a lot of fighters to avenge there sole defeats".
