A man has been convicted of ejaculating into a co-worker's water bottle.

Michael Kevin Lallana, 32, performed the act on two occasions, the Orange County Register reports.

The first time, the victim, a 29-year-old executive assistant identified only as Tiffany, threw the bottle away after noticing a strange taste and seeing something in the water. Four months later, when she came across the same taste again, she sent it off to a lab to get the water tested.

A DNA test identified the sperm found inside the water bottle as Lallana's.

The co-worker added that she never dated or ever had a problem with him.

Lallana, from Fullerton, California, must pay $27,000 to the victim, and has been sentenced to 180 days in prison.
