I'm starting to believe Adventure Time is one of the greatest cartoons EVER and Regular Show is great too. Adventure Time seems like a show that was originally made for Adult Swim but they decided that it would be better to put on during the regular timeslot

Here in the US, Nickelodeon aired "Danger Mouse". It was huge in the 80s. Surprised Hollywood hasn't turned it into a crappy live action movie yet,

Keeping it real old school: Looney Tunes and Tom & Jerry but also Ren & Stimpy, Beavis & Butthead, (sometimes) Dragon Ball Z, etc.

Is it just me or do a lot of things you dug as a child not excite you as an adult?

I was being all nostalgic a few weeks ago and pulled up Danger Mouse on Hulu. Don't think I made it through the whole of the first episode.

Jem was required watching when I was in elementary school and junior high. I was often late for school because I was watching Jem when I should have been getting ready for school. I rewatched the series recently and was truly disturbed by the Misfits' neverending attemps to kill Jem and the Holograms. Something I also didn't notice when I was young was the quality of the animation; it really took a nosedive as the series progressed. Maybe I'm being overly critical and overly sensitive to senseless violence as an adult. I don't know. Rewatched it was rather anti-climatic.

The only current cartoon I watch is Boondocks.

i loved bleach. however the fact that one battle scene took like 3 or 5 eps to flourished was too much for me. the only anime i watch currently is Durarara!!

Space Ghost: Coast to Coast was the only "late night talk show" I'd watch.

"The Maxx" is based off of an old "Image" comicbook. It's one of my favorites [I have the whole MTV series]. It's definitely a creepy/weird cartoon. I hate it was only on for one season though. If you like different stuff, you should check it out!
