national debt

Why can't a group of major music artists put a fund raiser concert together and raise money to cut down our debt? I think we can make a dent in this if someone could put it together. Major venues across the USA with major acts with ALL of the proceeds going to the national debt. How can we make this happen?

$78 trillion would get us in the black and fund the baby boomer retirement.

I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.

confused Are you serious? Major music artists and potential ticket buyers already "donate" proceeds to cut the debt. They're called TAXES. The problem is that the US government is bloated, inefficient, and terrible at money management.

The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

This.

We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.
