I was initially aware of them back in the 70's. They're not going away, considering entire civilizations used to be structured around many of their beliefs. Ironically, NAMBLA is vehemently opposed to the murder of children.

That reminds me back in high school, we had this box in the front office, and if you were suspicious that someone in the school might be using drugs, you anonymously put their name in the box and counselors would hound them and make them go to an anti-drug class. That box got abused so much they had to take it down lol

Well, it wasn't DeGrassi or anything...but people were using it as a joke, so they got rid of it and made it the responsibility of the teachers to notify the counselors if they thought a student was at risk or using...I don't know why they didn't do that in the first place, but that's PA school system for ya

That sort of happened to me. I was tired and not in a good mood so the teacher thought I was high. The counsler had a bunch of questions and she tried her best to be subtle but failed completely, I was just playing with my comb (with a leather jacket of course), utterly amused.

Holy shit, speaking of lists...just yesterday I reported a blog on tumblr. I'm Sooooooooo against reporting shit you don't agree with, but here I am looking at a blog (followed a link from a blog I was following) of grown-ass men and in the mix of the pics were some that just didn't look right. No way of telling, I suppose, but didn't look old enough to me. I clicked off and reported and immediately "unfollowed" the blog I followed the link from. That shit made me beyond paranoid.
