I think maybe because it all happened too fast and don't they have to concentrate when they shift? Maybe concentrating on staying alive and then trying to shift is all too much for the good ole shifters.

Him getting raped by women who look like they haven't bathed in months nearly traumatized me. Especially when he would yell "no" while they were riding him and then standing in line for their turn. Just imagine if the roles were reversed, and men were gang raping a woman for her to procreate, that scene would be extremely hard to watch. Maybe I'm taking it too seriously but I just really feel sorry for him. It seemed like he was FINALLY in a good spot in his life before they kidnapped him, tortured him and then violated him. Who knows what his mental state will be in now.

I'm sure in the books one probably feels more for her character. But on the show, this woman with her half slurred talkin has a face I'd like to slap for no reason at all. I'm not familiar with the actress playing her but she comes off to me like the kind of theatre player who totally "becomes" her character and walks around all "in the moment" and is always sitting in poetry circles, titties resting on her knees, spewing sonnets about her ladyparts.

In addition, there's nothing really cool/interesting about her to me. I just have no sympathy for her character. She annoys the shit out of me so the fact that she's getting over on the vamps just irks me that much more.

I want her gone.
