The weird poet chick gets hit by a car. The Kid and Morris stop fighting with each other. The Kid sings a ballad. Mavis Staples, Tevin Campbell and George Clinton all go home. TC Ellis finally gets to rap as the credits roll. Even at the end of the movie, nobody is quite sure what just happened over the previous 90 minutes. Or what was "just around the corner".
