Couch Potato or Fitness Freak? Who here is a potato and never does anything active (unless you count mouse-clicking ) and who loves to be active and get/stay in shape? Diffinitly not a couch potato. Not a fitness freak neither but I do keep in shape, not so much for physical appearance as much as I do it for good health. Think twice, speak once, or say no word at all

I workout and play basketball nearly everyday.

A little of both if that makes sense. I workout about an hour a day, but i can lie around all the rest of the time and do nothing.

Im a chair potato too It sounds like most people are "chair" potatoes. I need to re-phrase the question. But I guess that's fitting because obviously a lot of time is spent behind the computer . Well, you suck! I am always doing something (dancing, running, yoga, biking, tennis, hiking etc.) but I have to work at it. The second I stop, I get out of shape. Or at least, that's how I feel. My work requires me to be in shape, so that's always a concern, but people like you make me jealous! I do love being active though, but I can also be the laziest person on earth, so there are two extremes with me. (I strive to), and I rarely am still for too long. My job does have me moving continuously and when I am home I don't lay around much. The only time I am in one place is here at the org or communicating through e-mails and doing homework. I rarely watch T.V., I love to clean and I only eat when it's time. So... I can honestly say, I do have my share of preventions and perhaps good genetics. By the way all my friends think I suck to. My weight has been the same for years, not to mention the gravity shifts. Oh well...

Oh well... Yeah, I LOVE cleaning too. People always say I should do it for a living because I like it so much, but I don't know about cleaning up other people's messes. I think it would be ok, but not the toilet part . (Dry heaving) "I saw a woman with major Hammer pants on the subway a few weeks ago and totally thought of you." - sextonseven

People never guess my age, they are usually off by 10 years... I believe in "POND'S" lotion. There was this 101 year old at work one day... and she had a bottle of ponds on her table (in the hospital), I asked... "How do you stay so young and beautiful", she mentioned "POND"S"... it keeps the freckles away. I thought that was so cute. I do believe/see how exercise can turn back the clock due to appearance, it also influences one's state of mind... which is another component to reflecting young at heart. You are beautiful, SuperC.

I work out 2-3 times a week AND eat like a pig...one step forward, two steps back.
I love playing basketball, and i love pizza and wings. 'torn between two lovvverrs'... "Great dancers are not great because of their technique, they are great because of their passion" -- Martha Graham
