Yeah and he's screaming like "no, no"!!!! I guess he's getting the payback from all those sexcapades he encountered in the first 3 seasons. I'm just glad he's finally seeing Crystal for the trailer trash that she is. It was irritating me how he was so trusting of her. I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

I just watched the episode again (love it!!!) and I'm working really hard to keep the books separate from the show. I'm firmly planted in denial

Since Claudine is dead in the show, what was her role in the books? The Most Important Thing In Life Is Sincerity....Once You Can Fake That, You Can Fake Anything.

She is OWNING that role! Equal parts sympathetic and terrifying.
And I hope Stephen Moyer is supposed to be disgusting this season, because he's coming across really slimy as this new power-mad playboy. Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

I remember the scene with the doll from last season... whats THAT about? And with them giving it to Arlene's satan baby?
Tara's role is starting to annoy me... And Im kinda sad that Lafayette & Jesus are on the same side as that witch cuz I kinda liked their chanracters and its hard for me to be sympathetic to them when they're going after Eric. Change it one more time..
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
Exactly how I feel too. Tara is really irritating me acting like she's this Anti-Vamp Superwoman. She's getting on my nerves. I actually wanted Eric to bite her to put her in her place. And lawd knows I love me some Lafayette, he's my boy, but why he got to be on the witches side for? I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

Yes! to everything you just said. "Love Hurts. Your lies, they cut me. Now your words don't mean a thing. I don't give a damn if you ever loved me..." -Cher, "Woman's World"

i'm reading a chapter a week from book 4 which this season is based on and i saw elements from the book in this episode. yes some things were changed during the pam/sookie/eric scene with chow not being there, but the foot washing was in there. it just amazes me when bookies bitch about the show saying it's not like the books when there are things that are from the book.
but i love that reaction from eric when pam comes in 'WHO THE FUCK IS SHE?!" lol man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

there is speculation that it might not have been 'claudine" but we'll see man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

Because Eric is a JERK and -- again -- attacked some humans, that's why!! He's endearing, but he's still a villain.
I think, though, that as Marnie spins more and more outof control with power, we'll see people switching sides to defeat her. [Edited 7/13/11 2:32am] Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

Claudine is a rather prevalent character in the books. In the books, she is is a second cousin to Sookie and Jason. She is one of triplets. Her sister Claudette was killed in a Charlaine Harris side story about the Sookieverse. Claude is Claudine's brother. He's a male stripper, into Charles Bronson type guys and utterly self absorbed.
Claudine saves Sookie's life on many occassions and is a lovely character.
Her death...was it real...is she still alive??...was an absolute O.M.F.G. moment this week! I'm firmly planted in denial

The deal with the doll is unknown at this point.
I was dying when Jessica gave that doll to Arlene and Terry's baby. Talk about them being gracious. That doll looks like the spokestoy for infectious diseases! And Jessica just giving the baby the doll to try to get rid of it once and for all.
Something is up with the doll. It was in Hoyt and Jessica's house, pictured in the house in one of the final scenes of Season 3. In this past episode, Hoyt mentions that they threw it out, he took it to the landfill and then Jessica threw it in the lake but it ended up, not only back in the house, but on their bed. I'm firmly planted in denial

Even Jason didn't understand it. He said more than once in Season 3 that he was just smitten with her. He didn't say it exactly like that but he could not explain his compelling attraction to her. I'm firmly planted in denial

*BIT OF A SPOILER*
I just read on www.ew.com that Claudine is in fact dead, but that does not mean the end of the Fairy storyline. I'm firmly planted in denial

Thank you... I didn't remember the doll from last season, so it seemed random to me the other night.

no way... thats interesting. from the setup in the first episode it seems like we're going to see more of them this season, but if Claudine's dead... damn... Im just confused now, she can't trust any of them now. Change it one more time..

A bit out of left field but when Tara showed up at Sookies place and Sookie's saw the evil fairies coming after her instead of Tara I thought something was up, but I guess it didnt mean much. The Most Important Thing In Life Is Sincerity....Once You Can Fake That, You Can Fake Anything.
