But im really not. i gave up the diet becuase i was so hungry.

If i went therapist or a doctor they would not classify me as clinically anorexic based on this on one stupid incident.

Now if i had shown patterns of anorexia then it would be a different story

It does sound like you do have or are developing an eating disorder. It's not exactly normal nor healthy to go on a diet like that and to actually be able to follow through.

There are some people who struggle with anorexia and what i did was slap in the face to people who really suffer from the mental handicap of anorexia.
