only last month a young man died planking on a balcony
then not long after that another man received severe head injuries because he was planking on his mates car whilst it was in motion

I'm confused... I thought planking was a core exercise where you are in pushup position on your forearms but holding yourself still and completely straight... with body OFF the ground, only supported on feet and forearms.

There's a dark side to everything, and there's always going to be some idiot that goes "too far" with something, whatever that may be.
Myself, I think it's a stupid fad and would, personally, never do it. But, I have seen some humorous planking pics, and I do see it as something harmless with no need for any real "alarms" or a calling for more "planking control". | |

As for black kids starting to do it? I take it you haven't seen many examples of the act or you would know it happens quite frequently with no mass arrests to date. I remain open to the idea but only marginally. Public sources on the slave trade are rapidly being modified to include the term "plank". If you can find unmolested sources, I would read them with interest. That doesn't make the action less stupid. Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it. |
