It's a definite must-buy if you're an MK fan. It's old-skool 2D Kombat with 3D graphics.

I've taken a break from DS for about a month now

Chrono Trigger is my Shit! Haven't played it since the SNES days, might have to pick it up...

The DS version is pretty good. One of the added sidequests is EXTREMELY tedious, though. And there were a few dialogue changes I didn't like, as minor as they may seem, most notably when turning off the Nu.

And in a true testament to my nerdiness, I'm taking my daughter to see PLAY! - A Video Game Symphony this coming Friday. Chrono Trigger will be part of the program as will some Mario songs, Halo, Metroid, Final Tantasy, and many others.

I actually like their performance in Stockholm a bit more, this video just kicks in at a more recognizable part.

Four days until Kenshi...I can't wait!

life-long gamer... we'd play my aunt's Atari when little, then my parents got us Colecovision and it was on!

I used to get hand cramps playing Legend of Zelda for hours with my cousins

during summer vacation as a teen I once played Rambo on Sega for 24 hrs straight trying to beat the game.. I got over a million points and to the end of the game, but Rambo literally hit a wall (in the jungle??) that I could not pass..

after school in junior high, we'd often stop at the candy store on the way home to play Pac-Man, Ms Pac-Man, Asteroids, etc., etc.

now, my fav is Xbox 360

I love me some Halo and Chronicles of Riddick

-- pretty much any FPS type stuff..

sometimes you just need to kill all the aliens or zombies (or enemy prisoners/guards) you can after a rough work week...

and, yes, I'm a girl.
