Yay, it's me again for my house party in my new apartment , and I'm inviting some friends over to celebrate it (15-20 people). They come from different backgrounds, listen to all types of music and they're quite curious about any kind of food. Age between 20 and 35 and my place is not that big, so I need some tips to make this night a night to remeber : Advice about decorating? what food whould I have? music playlist? theme for the night? lights, etc?

(It will be on a friday night)

Definitely finger foods so that folk can just pick up and move about with. Nothing they have to be needing utensils for or have to sit at a table with (especially since not a big place).

Maybe get some extra seating of some kind...

have some of your closer friends bring a dish? Make it a little easier on yourself. Since it's a celebrate your new place party...I'd say that's the theme. They should all bring you a gift!

nice mix of music, a lil something for everyone. I wouldn't bother with decorations...just your nice clean new apartment.

hmm...that's all I can think of. Oh yes, ice plenty of ice. provide some alcohol but advise BYOB.

Yes.

Also...it is permissible to run out of food at some point. But you must never, ever, ever run out of alcohol.

Some fresh plants or flowers is a nice touch, as well as candles to give it a nice atmosphere...

Plenty of funk, plenty of alchohol, and a bowl of condoms on the coffee table.

Also, plenty of fried catfish, mustard greens, and cornbread.

1. Change all of your light bubs to exotic colors like red or blue.

2. If you have your t.v. on, make sure it's on some kind of adult t.v. station.

3. Don't play any slow jams, thats a party killer.

4. Have a lot of alchol.

5. Make sure you invite more women than men.

6. Have a dress code.

7. Have a smush room.

I agree during the night when the party is at it's peak. If you put on a slow jam, folks are going to get bored and start leaving. But at the end of the night, the slow jams are great for when people sleepover, because there's always going to be those that have had too much alchohol don't need to drive and I always plan for that and even hope for some to sleepover. That's when I play nothing but slow jams and the ones I play are the sexy after midnight type slow jams from folks like Heatwave, Switch, The Stylistics, Blue Magic, Prince, Cameo, etc. Those slow jams, along with the gin (make sure you have plenty of gin because gin makes you wanna sin) loosens them up so they willingly won't mind when you go to reaching for and feeling on multiple dicks.
